U at least remove 1 hr for your food. 15 minutes for break fast, 20 minutes for lunch & 20 for dinner if you do this your health will remain good.

U do excerise daily for 30-40 minutes, take light break fast, medium food in after noon & only fruit at night, but do not over eat.

Diabetes is caused due to lack of insulin, if you r sleeping for 6-7 hrs it is not consider as lack of sleep.
