Diabetes and sleep disturbance is not directly related. However, if blood sugar level is too high then at night there may be more urination, because glucose in the urine draws water and bladder becomes repeatedly full and one has to et up more often to pass urine. That can disturb the sleep. So it is essential to control blood sugar effectively. Other than this, there is no reason for sleep disturbance.

Weight Gain Diet It is not a good idea of Increasing intake of junk foods and fatty foods to gain weight. You should be eating calorie dense yet nutritious food. Your calorie intake should come from foods that are healthy for you. The weight gaining diet should include high protein foods, high carbohydrate foods and healthy fats. Include these in your diet. Breakfast: Banana and milk or banana shake or smoothie, whole-grain toast, fruits, nuts. Eat more fruit and drink less juice. Do not take milk mixed with ghee . It is not healthy. Lunch: Roti or chapatti or wholegrain bread, rice, green vegetables, paneer, dal, chole recipe, black-eyed beans (lobia), rajma, whole wheat pudding (dalia), etc Dinner: Similar to lunch In-between meals:: fruit, sandwich, yogurt (curd), milk, cheese, salad Avoid deep fried snacks like samosa (samosa recipe), pakodas, bhujia etc. Avoid fast foods including donut.

Hi I will prescribe some harmless but effective flower remedy available in homoeopathy shops. Try to buy original medicines. Mix 4 drops of chicory + 4 drops of mimulus + 4 drops of clematis. Mix these with 100 ml water and drink it every night once before sleeping.

A pre workout gives you energy to do intense and hard workout. It acts as a fuel for your body while working out. Whey protein is a post workout thing that should be consumed immediately after workout to help your body get enough protein for building muscles or grow your body in shape and size. There is no side effect of pre or post workout things.

Wear a size one less than what you are wearing. Prefer a sports bra. Breast ptosis is the term used for loose breasts. It's better to avoid medicine for gaining weight and I will suggest you to follow Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...you can take my 'obesity treatment package' which is available on lybrate in health packages

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings.

Sir, you need to see a physician, get a few more tests done. Diabetes is not diagnosed with just a single reading of high sugars. Then depending on your blood reports evaluating your blood sugars, since how long they've been high, how your kidneys are functioning, the correct medicine for diabetes if you have it, is prescribed. So do consult a good physician as soon as you can.

Reduce your main meals and eat some midmeals to spread out the calories and increase metabolism. Also check if you have lost fat or gained muscle mass. Scale is not an indicator of health.

You may take alfafa tonic thrice a day fir one month with diet improvement in your daily life like. Banana shake, grapes juice, date milk soaked black raisons and figs, roasted potatoes, butter sugar paste atleast 40 grams daily for one month.
