1) EPSOM salt---

Warm water bath of epsom salt, which is rich in magnesium, is a good pain reliever. This is very helpful for arthritis patients and also relieves leg pain. 

Good balance of work and rest is very necessary. Take enough rest as it relieves leg pain.

2) rubbing lobelia paste also provides relief in leg pain. This is one of the best home remedies for leg pains.

3) vinegar is also great for relieving leg pain, controlling weight, chest burns, injuries of joints, and bad breath.
A cloth pad thoroughly wet in vinegar solution when applied firmly to joints, foot or other part of leg relieves leg pain and discomfort.

 4) eating hard shell nuts also relief leg pain.

5) gently massage you leg using hot pads as it provide physical relief to leg pain.
Massaging with oils like mustard oil, coconut oil gives fast relief from severe leg pain.
Regular warm oil massage in downward direction relieves leg pains. Stretch your leg gently and massage the strained muscles using warm oil, it gives relief from pain in joints, knees, leg palm, calf muscles, and hips.

6) you can also take one tablespoon methi, which is a very effective vegetable and helps in curing various diseases. Dry methi leaves under sun for 4-5 days. Mix it in a glass of water. Take this mixture in early morning.

7) warm water bath relaxes overall body and mind, so whenever you feel tiredness and pain in leg, go for warm water bath, this will unstrain the tired muscles.
Avoid taking alcohol, excess sugar, smoking, and chewing tobacco.

It is loaded with antioxidants and nutrients that have powerful effects on the body. This includes improved brain function, fat loss, a lower risk of cancer and many other incredible benefits. When Is The Best Time to Drink Green Tea? The timing for your green tea depends on the purpose for which you are taking it. Green tea is taken for various reasons. Some people drink green tea in order to lose weight while others simply take it because of its antioxidants and other health benefits. Here are some recommendations based on various research findings. Taking Green Tea for Full Antioxidant Power To obtain the full benefits of the antioxidants in green tea, you should take green tea in between meals. First, this will ensure that catechins, which is one of the major antioxidants, does not react with casein that is present in milk and other forms of animal protein. This reaction usually reduces the effectiveness of green tea. Also, green tea is known to inhibit the digestion of calcium and non-heme iron (the iron derived from plant). Green tea is alkaline in nature and it stimulates the secretion of extra gastric acid. If you have an urgent need to lose weight, you can drink oolong tea anytime you eat fatty food because it boosts the excretion of lipids. Drinking tea in this manner, however, should always be done with moderation.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Dont sleep immediately after taking meal.

Vitamin D supplementation

Almost all of us are deficient in vitamin d. Very often the lab report shows moderate to severe deficiency after which we start on a vitamin d supplementation program.
It is always beneficial to take vitamin d powder/capsule/tablet with some fatty food which contains good fats, eg coconut oil, olive oil, omega3 capsule, milk, almond, walnuts, flax-seeds, etc. To enhance the absorption. Milk is the most convenient.
Remember - vitamin d is a fat soluble vitamin.
Those taking cholesterol lowering drugs like statins have a marked deficiency in vitamin d. Please ask your doctor regarding supplementation with vitamin d if you are on statins.

Dear user, first of all keep yourself covered in traffic as pollution severly affects your skin. Always cover you face with a cotton cloth. Apply sunscreen before going out in the sun or pollution. Firstly you try to improve your appetite, by routine exercise. Eat food that contains more protein like milk, milk products, fish, eggs, cereals etc. Avoid fatty and oily food. Avoid night watching. Sleep on time.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation. Dear try natural ways...only artificial methods have there own side effects.

My relative 75 years old Type II diabetic ,bp normal under medications (Allopathy) my question is the person has to be without medicine both BP and diabetic for some days say 20 days. Is it advisable to remain without medication for 20 days (The circumstances compulsion) advise us on this ,any other alternative precaution can be taken? Until we use the medicines-no other generic also possible. If it is dangerous what is the alternative.

In principle, either BP or Diabetic medication must not be stopped even for a day, unless doctor advocates same due to sudden changes in health status.In case of" compulsions" one must religiously check BP and blood sugar and (it's exceptional that they remain normal despite stopping medicines) and be under care of physician to control the parameters by alternative ways.
