Hi I have to much tension and i am losing my weight fast. I done all my blood report as tlc dlc and tyraid esr liver check its all are fine. And all kind of fever too. Urine and check my poop too all r fine. When I eat food I feel tried mostly in day time and I have constipation problem and piles too but why im losing my weight. Too much gas problem and I feel pressure on my back head dizzy little bit some time my blood pressure go down and up dry mouth all time. Tell me why is this happeing to me ?

This is all because of constipation and indigestion. Many medicines are available for this purpose in ayurveda. So you should start ayurvedic treatment. You may start triphala churna at night time. Or pranacharya virechan churna. Chitrakadi vati after lunch and dinner. Or chat with me in private for proper treatment.

Hi lybrate-user go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

I am 50 years old, I eat a very light breakfast and a medium dinner, the quantity I eat is very less and I usually have one beer once a week I am active all day since I manage a construction firm. However I have gained a weight just around the stomach over the past few years and I want to lose that any suggestions will be appreciated .

Hi lybrate-user to reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

My weight also increasing very fastly. My waist is also increasing abnormally. My waist size is now above 46. I am trying to stop it but I can't. This kind of excess weight (110kg) is breeding ground for many diseases (blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, certain kind of cancers, arthritis etc), which can affect the quality of your life ahead. This is a lifestyle related issue and it can be surely treated with intensive lifestyle modification program. Be assured that masturbation has nothing to do with your weight gain. So take it out of your mind. Most people who are fat are made to feel that it is because you lack will power, you are lethargic and a weak person. But that is definitely not true. It is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you will not be able to lose weight for long term. Most diet fails because they are low calorie and low fat. Instead of correcting metabolism, they make you feel low energy or makes you feel excessively hungry. If you are doing regular exercise, it will increase your fitness but it does not reduce weight much. Calorie counting is useless. If you want to count, count nutritional value of food in terms of protein, fiber, good fat etc. I am sure you did not gain this much weight suddenly but over a period of time. To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If you have tried this in past or if it does not work, then approach us for weightloss package of 6 months by lifestyle modification - combination of nutritional plan, stress management, exercise prescription for your current fitness level and sleep improvement, (if required). 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Brisk walks or jogging for 45 - 60 minutes every day. My best wishes.

Coffee containing caffeine can cause insomnia, nervousness and restlessness, stomach upset, nausea and vomiting, increased heart and breathing rate, and other side effects. Consuming large amounts of coffee might also cause headache, anxiety, agitation, ringing in the ears, and irregular heartbeats.

Dear lybrate user, only home remedies may not be sufficient enough to lower your blood sugar level. Kindly take mahasudarshana ghanvati, 2 tabs, thrice a day before meals. Take sanshamani vati, 2 tabs, thrice a day after meals with luke warm water. Avoid cold eatables and cold water in your diet. Take liquid diet in your routine like daliya, khichdi, moong daal soup in your diet. Do massage with chandana balalakshadi oil over whole body on alternate days. Conitnue the regime for 21 days. Good luck.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

Tiredness can be due to low haemoglobin level because of prolonged period , improve your iron and haemoglobin , To improve iron levels , "Please consider taking multivitamin cap "BECOZINC" which contains nutrients.You may take BECOZINC one capsule a day after a good breakfast for a week, then one capsule every alternate day for 14 days. ( Total three weeks ) Take foods rich in iron. For example, 1) Green leafy vegetables like Spinach (paalak ) , Cabbage (pata gobi) , Broccoli and others. 2) Dates (Khajoor) containing seeds and of dark brown color and soft texture. Not artificially processed. So seed containing Dates are correct choice. 5) Kellogg's flakes of Muesli dry fruit flavor , containing iron. 6) Energy bars which contain Iron , for example a) Greens Natural energy bar and b) Odwalla Nourishing food bar. I am 22 years old Male. I have been smoking from since 7 years cigarettes and marijuana even I take alcohol. Now am initialized to quit all those habits but still I get pain at my chest and hollow sound comes when I cough.
