Hello,  Go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body.    •Tk, 3/4 litres  of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation.    •Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell& tissues to curb fats cells, improving haemoglobin level in blood.    •go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing,regularly.     •opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office.    •Tk, oats with green tea  or, 1 slice of whole grain bread with 1 cup of cooked vegetable soup + 1 fruit (pomegranate, pear) in d breakfast.   •Tk, salad, fruits,sprouts in ample qty in lunch, your meal b preferably, vegetarian ,high in proteins and fibre, maintains 1000-1300 calories through dietary  regulation.   • consume salad, fruits (not juice) whenever you feel hungry.   •  Avoid, nicotine,coffee, alcohol,junk food, cookies, burger,pizza ,butter, ghee,sitting on computer late in d night. ● Homoeo medicines which are gentle rapid & safe in administration. @ Phyto berryQ -10 drops, thrice, with little lukewarm water before each meal   •Your feedback will highly b appreciated for further follow up, please. When I started my work out at home with the gym equipments that I had, my lower left back side started paining. When I stopped my work out for 2 days, everything was fine. When I again started work out. It again started paining. While playing badminton also I felt the pain. It comes only when I any sweating activity. Pls find any solution for this. Thnk you.

HEADACH As of now for headache you can take tablet Paracetamol. But we will have to make a diagnosis to get to the cause of it which can be either due to frontal sinusitis or due to migrane or due to refractive error of the eyes or due to other causes for which we have to investigate.if you want medicine than , i will prescibe

Hye. Thanks for the query. Summer can not only dehydrate you but also draw you off of energy and stamina, making you feel unwell and feeling low. A healthy and balanced diet is essential, especially in the summer. The summer heat deprives our body of all the energy. Excessive perspiration in summer results in dehydration. Rehydration is essential irrespective of the activity levels and thirst pangs. Liquids at very cold temperatures should be avoided. Increased consumption of very cold liquids, results in the constriction of the blood vessels. This in turn reduces the loss of heat which is essential in summers. Holy basil seeds/ tulsi seeds added to water or fruit juices proves an effective cooling drink for the summers. Soft drinks contain added sugar, preservatives and colors. Therefore fresh fruit juices without added sugar are preferred in summers. Fried foods, such as french fries, potato patties, chips, samosa, wada pav should be restricted thereby reducing the thermal effect of fat. A light and healthy meal will make you feel comfortable. Avoid very spicy foods. Whole fresh fruits supply a good amount of water, in addition to minerals and vitamins. A bountiful supply of vegetables and fresh fruits are beneficial. Lemon juice, barley water, butter milk and tender coconut water are the best sources of hydration.

The cause of excess hunger are- * Worms in intestines * Thyroid disorder * Diabetes Follow these best methods to treat and prevent intestinal worms: • Sprinkle black pepper on two tomatoes and eat them empty stomach for 3 to 4 days. • Eat food with clean hands. • Do not go bare foot in toilet. • You can eat papaya seeds (3 -4) for 3 days. • Eat 2 to 3 leaves of neem with 3 to 4 leaves of Kari patta. * Check your Thyroid profile & take the proper treatment if any thyroid disorder diagnosed. * Check your blood sugar level & if you have diabetes then treat it properly.

You are taking the right and safe medicine for BP, I hope it is stabalised , This medicine is protective for the heart also and sometimes low doses are given to people with normal BP but having stressful jobs. Take less salt and avoid foods like chutneys, pickles ,papads etc where salt is added as a preservative. Take more potassium present in fruits like oranges ,bananas etc. Go for simple walks as best exercise and meditation. Eat seasonal fresh fruits & vegetables and do take a spoon of honey along with lemon juice in a glass of warm water ,every morning on empty stomach.

Cause of decrease in hunger are * stress * hypothyroidism * fatigue * anemia * less physical activity * liver disease (fatty liver etc) dear, if you do not feel hunger then to increase your hunger, I suggest you these best tips- * take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily once. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * if you still do not feel hunger and feel some heaviness in stomach then check out your liver function test and take 1 tea spoon of liv-52 syrup daily one time. * walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * avoid taking alcohol and smoking. * check out your thyroid profile and take proper treatment if results are positive. * regularly take a citrus fruit like orange or a glass of lemon juice atleast for 1 month.

Diabetes - How You Can Protect Yourself?

If you are concerned about diabetes and want to protect yourself from getting affected by the disease, there are several preventive steps you can take. These steps are simple and require some modifications in your daily life, activities, diet and overall lifestyle. Diabetes is a condition in which your blood-sugar level gets higher than normal and affects your health in several ways.

Here are some ways to protect yourself from diabetes:

  1. You should know about the different causes of diabetes by speaking with health professionals, diabetes patients and by doing some online research.
  2. You must put off the causes which you just cannot prevent and should abstain from aggravating them. These may include heredity and age-related causes. If diabetes runs in your family, there are high chances of you getting it as well. The chances are maximum when both your parents are diabetic.
  3. Increasing age is another likely factor for developing diabetes. This is because the functioning of all your body system gets disrupted and slowed down because of age. Major cases of diabetes commonly occur after the age of 49.
  4. Prevent the causes of diabetes which you can control. These include obesitystresshigh blood pressure and viral complications. Stress because of several factors such as physical injuries and emotional problems commonly cause diabetes in many people. Obesity and high blood pressure too are linked with the development of diabetes. Several viruses can settle in your system and lead to diabetes as well.
  5. For preventing diabetes, you should conquer your obesity and attain a BMI or body mass index, which is within a normal range and is suitable for you. For men, the waist size should be maintained below 40 inches and in women, it should be under 38 inches.
  6. Eating healthy food will help you stay away from diabetes. You should consume less sugar, fats and alcohol and consume milk, meat and other proteins in a moderate amount. You should consume whole foods, such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains, starchy foods and beans in large amounts. These items should highlight all your major meals.
  7. Being physically active and exercising regularly is very important, if you want to stay healthy and prevent yourself from developing diabetes. You should climb stairs, walk, play and undertake activities which require you to move around.

To keep yourself safe from diabetes, you must take good care of yourself when you are ill in order to avoid several complications. Several viruses and autoimmune diseases lead to diabetes in which the immune system attacks the body. You should be careful of viral infections such as measles, influenza, rubellamumps and many others. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an endocrinologist.
