My constipation problem 5 to 6 months and not proper clean my stomach and maximum drinking water early in the morning.
Start drinking lukewarm water in early morning on empty stomach without brushing. Start with 500 ml and raise it to 1 lit gradually. Start taking fibers in your meal that will help you to make bulk and ease to get rid. Take more and more vegetables, Salads and fruits specially Papaya. Add sprouts to your meal You can take Amla or virechan churn at bed time with lukewarm water or milk. Stay happy and healthy.

Start doing some exercise like Hanging, Cycling, swimming, Surynamaskar etc. Take proper rest and sleep. Take meal rich in protein Eg Soya, Mung, eggs You should start taking Aswagandha 1tsf with milk at bedtime. Stay safe, happy and healthy.

You should take plenty of water & juices specially rich in vitamin C & Antioxidants eg:Lemon,Orange,Amla,pineapple etc. Take proper rest n sleep. Add More Salad,Green vegetables and fresh seasonal fruits in your meal. Do Pranayama & Yoga on regular basis . your feedback matters to us. wish you happy & healthy life ahead.

If you had unprotected sex during unsafe period then there are greater chances of pregnancy. Symptoms indicating towards pregnancy but still you should wait for a week and then go for pregnancy test if period not start.

No way. There is no chances of get pregnant without having unprotected sexual relation. There may be some physical ,physiological or hormonal imbalance or alteration. You should wait for few days or visit to gynecologist if problem remains pronged.

Proper Rest and sleep needed at list for 6-8 Hours. Diet & Lifestyle play important role so please go through to manage it. Have plenty of water ,juices & Salads. Take High protein n low calories diet.

1- गुड़ खाने से नहीं होती गैस की दिक्कत l

2- खाना खाने के बाद अक्सर मीठा खाने का मन करता हैं।
इसके लिए सबसे बेहतर हैकि आप गुड़ खाएं।गुड़ का सेवन करने से आप हेल्दी रह सकते हैं

3 - पाचन क्रिया को सही रखना

Home Remedies For Common Cold

Solutions:

1. A lemon a day keeps the cold away. For a bad cold, the juice of two lemons in 1/2 a litre (21/2 cups) of boiling water sweetened with honey, taken at bed time, is a very effective remedy.

2. Have ginger (adrak) tea.

3. Cut ginger (adrak) into 1" _ 11/2" pieces and boil with a cup of water. Give 8-10 boils. Strain, sweeten with 1/2 teaspoon sugar and drink hot.

4. A tablespoon of carom seeds (ajwain) crushed and tied up in a muslin cloth can be used for inhalation to relieve congestion/blocked nose.

-a similar small bundle placed near the pillow of sleeping children relieves congestion.

5. A teaspoon of cumin seeds (jeera) is added to 1 glass of boiling water. Strain and simmer for a few minutes. Let it cool. Drink it 1-2 times a day. If sore throat is also present, add a few small pieces of dry ginger (adrak) to the boiling water.

6. Six pepper corns (saboot kali mirch) finely ground and mixed with a glass of warm water, sweetened with 5-6 batasha (a variation of sugar candy) can be taken for a few nights.

7. In the case of the acute cold in the head, boil 1 tablespoon full pepper powder in a cup of milk along with a pinch of turmeric (haldi) and have once daily for at least 3 days. 


Cold with phlegm (balgam) and slight cough

Take 8-10 tulsi leaves and wash well. To 1 cup of water, add these tulsi leaves, 1-2 cloves of garlic (lasan), 1/2" piece ginger, crushed and 4-5 peppercorns (saboot kali mirch). Boil the water and keep simmering on fire till the quantity is reduced to 1/4 cup. Cool. Strain. Add 1 teaspoon honey. Drink this every morning.
