Keep realtion between 12 th 20th day of menstual period if years wife period is regular and also you need to do investigation of both of you.

Please do normal walking up to 2 km when 9 month start but slowly and other houshold work avoid weight lifting and heavy exertion works.

Its indicating old infection you have to be careful and she should require 20 wks anomaly scan and also 27 wks early growth scan.
