Most probably there's may be ligament injury or meniscus injury. Do mri of knee joint and then inform me.

Most probably this may be because of knee sprain. Advise:- hot fomentation, local application of analgesic ointment, oral analgesic. If no improvement then x-ray.

Investigate your knee lock. Knee locking may be because of knee meniscus injury, knee ligament injury, loose body in knee, and arthritis.

Start back stretching and strengthening exercises. Good erect posture. Analgesic for some days. If no improvement then x-ray, mri and blood investigation.
