Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. 2 kgs a month is definitely feasible and can easily be done. For this, make sure that you avoid all outside food completely. Eat healthy home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Consume less rice, potatoes and other carbohydrates. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Along with this, exercise at least 5 times a week. We are here to guide you. Hello lybrate-user Good dietary source of Vit B12 are Dairy products like milk cheese and yogurt. Some types of soya milk and cereals are also fortified with vitamin B12.

Your diet be easily digestible ,high in protein- fish, eggs, chicken..Tk,  apples, carrots, potatoes, sweet- potatoes, milk,  almonds. Tk, banana with hot milk in the breakfast. Add ghee in lunch. Go for aerobics. Jogging, swimming,  skipping & hanging on a bar in the garden to stretch your  bones. Tk,  homoeopathic medicine: @ AlfalfaQ -10 drops,  thrice with little water. Hello, Go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to enshape your whole body.    •Tk, 3/4 litres  of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell.  •  Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell & tissues to curb fats cells.     •Go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing,regularly.     •opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office.    •Tk, oats with green tea  or, 1 slice of whole grain bread with 1 cup of cooked vegetable soup + 1 fruit (pomegranate, pear) in d breakfast.     •Tk, salad, fruits,sprouts in ample qty in lunch, your meal b preferably, vegetarian ,high in proteins and fibre, maintains 1300-1600 calories through dietary  regulation.      •consume salad, fruits (not juice) whenever you feel hungry. For monitoring your thyroid functions get your TSH test done regularly and dose of medicine is adjusted to keep TSH below 3.0. Avoid vegetables of cruciferous family like broccoli, cabbage,cauliflower etc. Take a balanced diet and maintain your weight ideal for your height. Get your serum vit. D3 test done and if found low take vit. D supplement.

Hello. Given that you are in your teen years you will eventually have a growth spurt solving most of your current worries. However it is good to avoid sugary diets and junk food. Alternatively for muscular body try calisthenics. Additionally for height sports which require jumping might help. But genetics does play a role. So if your parents are tall you actually do not have anything to worry.

How can I get more stamina? When I run, my breathing is very high. Suggest me something.

Normally one feels palpitations/fast breathing while running. If you feel it's beyond normal than you should practice rib stretching exercises or pranayama. Eg Stand upright with your back arched. Exhale all the oxygen from your lungs. Breathe in slowly, filling your lungs as much as possible. Hold your breath for at least 10 seconds. Slowly exhale. Other than this you may have some Ayurveda medicines to enhance your capacity like peepali is a good herb.
