Achilles Tendon is any injury to the Achilles Tendon – a tendon which stretches from the bone of the heel to the calf muscle. Tenderness, pain at the back of the foot and above the heel, stiffness, swelling and difficulty when pointing toes are all symptoms of an Achilles Tendon injury.
