Thin wrist will not make much of difference. Your focus should be on fitness rather than structure. About low energy level, you can increase consumption of fruits and sprouts in your diet. Instead of 3 large meals 6 small frequent meal will give you result.

According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Like your appetite? bowel habits sleeping habits kind of your work or job life style diet etc. But till you can do following: take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating start massage with til oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want. Then bath focus in yourself avoid stress anger fear take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. Start chyavanprash in morning. For medicine I need you more history.

Dear lybrateuser, - You should have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables including green leafy & seasonal ones - have more of proteins to increase stamina & strengthen your muscles, have a protein food with each meal & also as snacks inbetween meals, have eggs, non veg( if you take), milk & milk products like yogurt, cheese, butter milk, cottage cheese, soyabeans, tofu, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts - have 5-6 small meals rather than three large meals including snacks in between meals - consult a dietician for your exact requirement of calories .

I am an intermediate runner and will run an average of 15-20 Km a week. From past one month I am experiencing a slight pain in the lower part of right knee. This could be due to excessive strain on your knee cartilage due to running. Get checked by an orthopaedic surgeon nearby and start cartilage protective medicines. Physiotherapy will be helpful.

Maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night.

5 Only Exercises For Easy Relief From Knee Pain
Simple exercises for relief from knee pain

A lot of people suffer from knee pain, some hereditary, some due to injuries and some due to other reasons. Whatever be the reasons, the pain is very bothersome.

Try the following exercises regularly to get relief from knee pain.

1. Leg lifts - sit straight on a chair with your feet firmly on the ground. Lift the leg for which the knee pains, until it is parallel to the ground. Hold for a couple of seconds and bring back to the initial position. Do 10 reps every day.

2. Knee bending - sit on a chair and keep a stool of same height as the chair in front of you. Place your knee on the stool, knee slightly bent. Slowly, straighten your leg and hold in the straight position for a couple of seconds before you release. Do 10 reps.

3. Leg straightening - stand straight and place the foot on a low platform. Bend down, place both your palms on the knee and slowly push it down until your leg is straight. Push only as far as it doesn't hurt too much. Hold for a few seconds and release.

4. Stretching - sit upright. Bring your leg towards your chest by bending the knee and keeping your hand above the ankle. Push your heel towards your buttocks. Release after a couple of seconds.

5. Chair pulling - stand straight near a door keeping your feet apart (shoulder-width), in front of a chair. Hold the knob of the door and slowly, sit back on the chair. Feel the pull in the muscles and go back to previous position after 2-3 seconds. Repeat.
