Thanks for contacting with your problem and going through your history I have come up with following healthy living and Immuno modulation concept i. Daily regime: Don’t skip breakfast-->Take your lunch between 12 -1 PM which is the peak period of Pitta (responsible for digestion)-->have your dinner 2 hours before sleeping. Ii. Make sure you do not travel, do heavy exercise, or indulge in sexual activities within one hour after meal. Iii. It would be good if you cook some quick and healthy food and avoid taking junk/processed, easily available food from outside unless your job/occupation is of constant touring or mental/physical stress is more. Iv. Proper sleep with proper diet is the key to healthy living in Ayurveda. V.Avoid smoking, alcohol,caffeine, eating late at night, stress,drink water instead of colas. Vi. Practice Yoga, Meditation and go for an exercise regime. Vii. Walk a while after meal to help digestion B.IMMUNOMODULATION (Immunity) Rasayana drugs (Rejuvenation/Immuno modulators) should be instituted in your management as part of (palliative) therapy i.e. Which corrects the dysfunction of tissues without disturbing the functions of normal tissues, also Rasayana drugs potentiates humoral antibodies, by increasing serum Immunoglobulins such as IgA, IgG and IgM. This could be due to lumbar spondylosis with nerve root compression. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take paracetamol 250mg od & sos you will need other supportive medicines also. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities. Take medicines as prescribed it may have to be further investigated. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Milk and ghee is good for your Heath. But excessive intake of ghee can cause heart diseases. So,if you are overweight or have diabetes then, use less ghee.(I am concerned about this as you taking it daily twice)

If you want to take light foods you can take simple rice + dal or curdrice or poha. Also you can take lot of fluids like water, butter milk, coconut water. In addition if you walk a bit you will feel relieved.

Dear sir please continue all these. Take balance diet and a lot of water daily. Take some extra proteins it may be protinex. Take proper rest also. It will take time to show result.

i m recommending you an following remedy which will surely help you Natural home remedy using cardamom seeds: 1. Crush 3-4 cardamom seeds to powder 2. Take ½ tsp of this cardamom powder 3.
