हम सबसे ख़ास दिखें ये चाह हम सभी की होती है। और इस खासियत यानी सुन्दरता को बढाने में घने-लम्बे बाल अहम् रोल अदा करते है। सबका हेयर स्टक्चर अलग-अलग होता है। किसी के सर में कम बाल होते हैं तो कोई घने बालों को लहराता नजर आता है। पर सुंदर और घने बाल सभी को अच्छे लगते हैं चाहे वे पुरुष हो या महिला। सभी की चाह होती है घने बालों को अपने तरीके से सवारने सजाने की। पर आज के Pollution भरे माहौल और गलत Lifestyle के कारण बालों की दसा में सूधार कर पाना एक चैलेंज सा हो गया है।
लेकिन आपको चिंता करने की जरूरत नहीं आप बेझिझक ये चैलेंज एक्सेप्ट करें और हमारे बताए तरीको के साथ लग जाएं बालों की ग्रोथ की मुहिम पर। तो दोस्तों आइये हम जानते हैं कुछ घरेलु नुस्खे जिन्हें अपनाकर आप बालों को गिरने से रोकने के साथ ही उन्हें घना और लम्बा भी रख सकते हैं।

1. कोकोनट मिल्क 
एक ब्रश से अपने सर पर कोकोनट मिल्क लगाएं, और सर पर एक टॉवेल बांधकर करीब 20-25 मिनट के लिए छोड़ दें। फिर टॉवेल हटाएं और बालों को ठन्डे पानी से धो दें। बाद में शैम्पू कर लें, इस नुस्खे को हफ्ते में एक बार आजमाने से थोड़े ही दिनों में आपके बाल गिरना रुक जाएंगे। पर याद रहे, सर पर कोकोनट वाटर नहीं कोकोनट मिल्क लगाना है। जो नारियल को घिसने के बाद उसे निचोड़ने से निकलता है।

2. एलोवेरा 
अपने बालों को सादे पानी से अच्छी तरह धोएं। फिर एलोवेरा के पत्ते में से निकले गूदे से पूरे सर पर अच्छी तरह मालिश करें। 15 मिनट के बाद सादे पानी से सर को धो लें हफ्ते में तीन दिन सुबह-सुबह ये नुस्खा अपनाकर देखें। थोड़े ही दिनों में फर्क दिखने लगेगा।

3. आम
आम इसलिए कि इसमें नीम का इस्तेमाल करना है और नीम आपको हर जगह मिल जाएगी। नीम की पत्तियों को पानी में इतनी देर उबालें कि पानी आधा रह जाए। अब इसे ठंडा हो जाने दें। इस बचे हुए पानी को सर पर खूब अच्छी तरह मलें।इसे आप शैम्पू के बाद भी कर सकते हैं। हफ्ते में एक बार ये Formula आजमाएं.

4. आंवला 
आंवले की खूबियों से भला कौन अनजान है। हम सब बचपन से सुनते आए हैं कि आंवला बालों के लिए फायदेमंद होता है। पर आंवला इस्तेमाल करने का सही तरीका पता होना भी जरूरी है। थोड़े से सूखे हुए आंवले नारियल के तेल में इतनी देर उबालें कि तेल काला पड़ जाए। ठंडा होने पर इस तेल को किसी कांच की बोतल में रख लें। हफ्ते में दो बार इस तेल से सर की अच्छी तरह मालिश करें और 20 मिनट बाद शैम्पू कर लें। बहुत जल्द इसका आसार आपको समझ में आने लगेगा।

5. मेथी 
मेथी दाने तो आप किचन में इस्तेमाल ही करते हैं। दो चम्मच मेथी दाने नारियल के तेल में तल कर लें। चूल्हे से उतारकर इसे अच्छी तरह चलाते हुए ठंडा कर लें। ये मिश्रण थोड़ा सा लेकर हलके हाथों से कुछ देर बालों की जड़ों में मलें। और 20 से 25 मिनट बाद सादे पानी से सर धो लें। पर हाँ ऐसा महीने में एक या दो बार आजमाएं।

6. बीटरूट 
बीटरूट यानी चुकंदर के पत्ते, सबसे पहले Beet के थोड़े से पत्ते पानी में इतनी देर उबालें कि पानी आधा रह जाए। उबले हुए पत्तों को मेहंदी की पत्तियों के साथ पीसकर पेस्ट बना लें। इस पेस्ट से सर पर अच्छी तरह मालिश करें और 20 मिनट बाद सर धो डालें। हफ्ते में तीन बार ये नुस्खा आजमाएं और हेल्दी बाल पाएं।

7. ग्रीन टी 
गर्म पानी में ग्रीन टी के दो बैग डालें। पानी ठंडा हो जाने पर टी बैग निकाल लें और उस पानी को पूरे सर पर मलें। हफ्ते में दो बार इसे शैम्पू के बाद कंडीशनर के तौर पर इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं।इससे बालों को मजबूती भी मिलेगी और चमक भी आएगी।

8. लहसुन 
रोज खाने में लहसुन की 4 से 5 कलियां खाने से बाल घने होते हैं। लहसुन का रस निकालकर सिर में लगाने से बाल उगने भी लगते हैं।

9. सीताफल 
सीताफल ऎसा फल है जो कई तरह से शरीर को पोषण देता है। सीताफल को खाने से भी आपके बाल कुछ दिनों में घने हो जाते हैं। सीताफल के बीज और बेर के बीज के पत्ते बराबर मात्रा में लेकर पीसकर बालों की जड़ों में लगाएं।फल का स्वाद जैसा मन खुश कर देता है पत्ता वैसे ही बालों को खुश कर देगा। 

10. मूली 
मूली हम सलाद के लिए खाते है। पर ध्यान रहे मूली बेहद फायदा करती है खासकर पेट और आपके बालो को घना बनाने के लिए। आधी से 1 मूली रोजाना दोपहर में खाना-खाने के बाद, कालीमिर्च के साथ नमक लगाकर खाने से बालों का रंग साफ होता है और बाल लंबे भी हो जाते हैं। इसका प्रयोग 3-4 महीने तक लगातार करें। 

11. ककड़ी 
ककड़ी में सिलिकन और सल्फर अधिक मात्रा में होता है जो बालों को घना बनाने में मदद करते है। इसलिए जिनके सर पर बाल कम हो उन्हें रोज ककड़ी खानी चाहिए इससे बाल घने हो जाते हैं। ककड़ी के रस से बालों को धोने से और ककड़ी, गाजर और पालक सबको मिलाकर रस पीने से बाल बढ़ते हैं।

You should start exercising every day so that the bones and the muscle are in good condition. Go for a brisk walk everyday for 20 mins. Make it twice a day later. You can also do Yoga (pranayam and meditation included) to keep your body fit and maintain the energy levels. At the same time beware of the the food that you take. Try to eat only healthy food. Choose natural products over processed​ food, cold drinks etc. Maintain good hydration by drinking 8-10 glasses of water. In some cases, a joint replacement surgery has to be carried out. In this procedure, the entire affected joint is removed and replaced with an artificial joint. Hip replacement and knee replacement are common examples of this kind of surgery.

Greetings! Any treatment in alopecia areata aims at stimulating the growth of hair follicles. 8X shampoo is useful in case of dandruff not for hair growth. Try using shampoos which can stimulate hair growth like Trigaine caffeine or Anaphase. However these shampoos are not meant to be washed off like normal shampoos. They have to be kept on scalp for about 3- 5 min and then washed off so that their ingredients effectively penetrate the scalp.

Hair Transplant: How FUE is Better Than FUT?

FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) technique of hair transplant has obtained considerable popularity over the past several years. This developing technique makes use of a small round punch to extort follicular units from the patient's donor areas. The follicular units are grouped to form grafts and then relocated into the patient's balding areas.

What makes FUE better than FUT?
FUE is essentially a subtype of FUT (Follicular Unit Hair Transplantation). FUT can be performed in two ways, either by microscopic strip harvesting technique or by FUE. The less persistent nature and rapid healing time have made FUE gain that extra edge over FUT.

How FUE is performed?
The follicular unit grafts usually occur in a grouping of one, two, three or four hairs. These grafts are carefully harvested directly from the donor scalp using a small punch whose size typically varies from 0.7 to 1mm. Through a multiple step blunt dissection process, the underlying follicular unit is alienated from the neighboring tissues. Thereafter, the follicular units can be extorted with the help of forceps. The pores left behind post removal of follicle get healed within few days.

These extracted follicles are relocated to the patient's balding areas with the help of forceps. This hair transplantation is done either immediately after a single graft is extracted or after the entire harvest is over. The entire extraction and relocation of hair follicle is carried out by experts of the field, aided by trained technicians.

Advantages of FUE:

  1. Less Invasive Technique: Unlike FUT, FUE involves individual extraction of follicles directly from the scalp using small punches. Thus, it does not require any closure of post-extortion wounds. This makes FUE less invasive in nature. This is definitely an advantage of FUE which makes it popular among the masses.
  2. No Linear Scars and Rapid Healing: FUT often leaves behind linear scars on patient's occipital and temporal areas of the scalp. Furthermore, the wounds due to FUT take more time to heal. Both of these problems are considerably reduced by opting FUE. FUE creates small, circular scars after the transplantation, which goes undetected. The wounds also get healed much rapidly.
  3. Option for Body Hair Transplantation: FUE opens wide options for probable donor areas of hair follicles. The hair follicles can be extracted from any part of donor's body which has got feasible hair growth. Thus, the hair supply gets increased for any hair repair operation.
  4. Best Suited Eyebrow Reconstruction: All those typical hair transplants, which require extortion of limited number of single hair follicles, FUE is best suited. The hair follicles are individually examined and picked by the FUE surgeons as per the requirement. Therefore, it is best suited for critical procedures like eyebrow reconstruction.

If you are beginner just take 1 scp of whey protein right after your workout. Just eat a lot of whole, unprocessed foods like oats (the perfect weight gainer for me), vegetables, sweet potatoes, nuts, chicken breasts, Beans, fishes, eggs, milk etc. To meet your daily requirement of protein .if you weigh 54 kg then you need to 140 gm of protein daily.

A beautiful mane with a healthy scalp and shiny hair is something each one of us desire. However, given the multiple factors that affect its health including diet, lifestyle and environment, this desire remains a dream for many. There are good and bad sides to it. The bad thing is that hair problems, dandruff, itching, graying and hair loss are here to stay. The good news is that there are simple, easily available ways and methods that can be effectively used to control these problems.

Homeopathy believes that most health issues have an underlying, deep seated issue and treating that can help in getting rid of the symptoms:

  1. Alopecia (Hair loss): Some people can have generalized hair loss, while some could have patches of balding areas develop on the head. Where other remedies have failed, some people have had successful hair regrowth with homeopathic medications like silicea, kalium carbonicum, lycopodium, Natrum muriaticum, Pulsatilla pratensis, Borax, Cinchona officinalis, and various other products are used effectively to improve hair growth.
  2. Dandruff: There is flaking of the scalp, and people with oily skin have a higher incidence of having dandruff. Other reasons include hormonal imbalance, poor scalp/hair health, emotional stress and poor quality hair products. Kali sulphuricum is used for profusely oily, white scaly dandruff. Thuja is used in people with white scaly flaking. If there is associated hair loss, phosphorus is used. Natrum muriaticum, Sulphur, Carboneum sulphuratum, Lycopodium, Mezereum, Ammonium muriaticum, Arsenic album, Calcarea, Medorrhinum, Heracleum sphondylium and Kali carbonicum are also used based on associated symptoms.
  3. Graying of hair: Various reasons for graying include stress, environmental exposure, hair products, poor diet and of course genetic. Gray hair can be treated using various homeopathic preparations depending on the associated symptoms, which might point to the likely root of the problem. Phosphoric acid is used when there is associated grief. Lycopodium is used when there is only partial graying in some areas. In anaemic or weak patients, Natrum mur is used. If digestive symptoms are also present, silicea is used.
  4. Scalp psoriasis (know more about Psoriasis problem): If there is a burning sensation associated with the infection, Sulphur is used. In people with excessive scratching, calcarea is used. Graphites provide relief where there is significant dryness and itching. In people with associated gastric or urinary symptoms, lycopodium is effective. As is evident, these hair problems and interlinked and the agents used in treatment can be used in more than one condition. Self-medication should best be avoided. The presenting symptoms have an underlying cause, and it is best that a detailed discussion with the doctor on the symptoms is done before getting these medicines prescribed.

Please change your lifestyle and diet Blood pressure and high cholesterol are lifestyle diseases which can be completely reversed without medicines. Please avoid standing for long or with legs hanging down. When you go to bed, place pillows underneath your legs. It will give relief. You can do all exercises without any worry. If still symptoms persist, consult vascular specialist.

Skin care tips

  • Most of the times use soap free cleansers and a good scrub so as to keep your skin moist all the time.
  • An alcohol free toner is suggested as the high humidity could open up your pores (toning is usually followed after cleansing).
  • Most of them stop using sunscreen once the climate turns cool, but you must continue it even if it is cloudy.
  • Heavy makeup is a huge turn off in rains, better if one opts for a water- proof makeup.
  • Opt for a lotion- based serum, which keeps your skin rehydrated and brightens it up.
  • Avoid bleaching and facials in this season, as bleaching could do more harm for your face and facial makes your skin rough.
  • Wash your lips at night and apply some milk cream. Avoid lipsticks especially the dark shaded ones. Apply coconut oil if they are slightly cracked.
  • Waxing, pedicure, and manicure are always recommended to give your skin and body a toned look all the time.
  • Always wash your face, hands and feet as soon as you reach your home with lukewarm water. This makes you feel refreshed and stay healthy.
  • However there are different other methods based on whether the skin is oily or dry. These are the general tips that you must follow as the season begins.

Hair care tips

  • Most of the times try to protect your hair from rains, but that’s something impossible as we get caught in rains at least once in a while.

  • Hair coloring is not a good idea in this season as it takes very long to wash your hair and dry. Keep it as natural as possible.
  • Beer is a good conditioner. Initially wash your hair with beer and after few minutes wash it off with cold water. This tip helps your hair in adding glow to your hair.
  •  Use of hair dryers though necessary it is better suggested if you limit its usage. Instead opt for dry towels to remove moist from your hair.
