Grade 1 & 2 k liye medicines hoti hai lekin gr 3 & 4 k liye surgery hi option hai. Uska koi permanent cure nahi hai. Dobara bhi ho sakti hai.

Surgery is the only answer to it. Ask her to do sitz bath in a tub of lukewarm water to reduce the swelling& then go for surgery.
