Hi lybrate-user, I can understand your concern. It seems your symptoms mostly related to hyperprolactinemia. It will gradually subside with treatment.

If beta hcg doesn't decrease with mtx, second line treatment is actinomycind based multidrug chemotherapy. Gtn responds well with chemotherapy.

Hi, I rhink you should consult your oncologist. In esophageal cancer, cough occurs due to multiple causes, which are not simple alleviated without specific treatments.
