Go to Vascular surgeon. Get color doppler study of lower limbs done. Laser treatment is available depending upon severity of varicosity.

Your gynecologist has rightly advised to wait for two weeks to get a repeat bHcg done If it is significantly high (>1500) then chances of ongoing pregnancy are there.
